What is the on-site contact role?
We require that each company that we work with nominate an on-site contact.
This person will be the person from which we will accept decisions on major alterations to IT infrastructure and purchasing.
Requests for all changes including password resets, permissions changes, new users, new hardware, new software etc. should come from this person.
If requests of this type should come from anyone else, we will respond to the user asking them to make their request to the on-site contact, who can then in turn make the request to us.
