Logging on to Microsoft Azure account on Windows 10 for the first time

Switch on the computer and you will be presented with the screen below.

Click anywhere on the screen and then click the WiFi or globe icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen (the icon displayed depends on the status of the WiFi connection).
Select the appropriate connection and enter the connection password, tick the box to "Connect automatically" and click "Connect"

Once connected to the WiFi, click "Other user" in the bottom left of the screen, enter your email address and Microsoft 365/Azure password and press enter.

Wait for the first time setup of your user profile to complete.

Click "OK" on the screen shown below.

Click "Next" on the screen shown below.
7.
Select the appropriate country and enter your mobile number in the box provided and click "Next".
Enter the code provided by SMS in to the next screen and confirm.

Click "Next" on the screen shown below.
9.
Enter an alternate email address in the screen shown below. It cannot be an email account managed by your organisation. The alternate email address will be used for Microsoft password resets along with the mobile number provided earlier.
Enter the code provided by email in to the next screen and confirm.
10.
Click "Done" on the screen shown below.
11.
Tick the "Include letters and symbols" box.
12.
Enter a password to use to login to this computer in future. Ideally use something different to your Microsoft 365 password.
13.
Click "OK" on the screen shown below.
14.
You are logged in to your desktop.
