Prerequisites
· SharePoint Online Plan 1 licence for each user.
· Supported Microsoft 365 tenant and Entra ID environment.
· Domain hosted on D8A nameservers and managed within D8A control panel.
· Administrative access to Microsoft 365 tenant.
· Reliable internet connectivity.
Setup
· Assignment of SharePoint Online Plan 1 licence.
· Initial SharePoint environment configuration.
· Creation and configuration of SharePoint sites including team sites and communication sites.
· Setup of document libraries and basic folder structures.
· Configuration of user access, permissions and sharing settings.
· Integration with Microsoft Teams where applicable.
· Basic configuration of OneDrive for Business.
· Setup of security and sharing policies including internal and external access controls.
· Initial validation and testing of access and file sharing.
· Documentation of site structure and configuration.
Maintenance
· Monitoring of SharePoint service health and availability.
· Management of sites, document libraries and permissions.
· Review and optimisation of storage usage and structure.
· Policy compliance monitoring for sharing, access control and data handling.
· Management of user access and lifecycle changes.
· Coordination with Microsoft service updates.
· Reporting on usage, storage and collaboration activity.
Support
· Troubleshooting SharePoint access and permission issues.
· Support for document management and file sharing issues.
· Assistance with Teams and SharePoint integration issues.
· User guidance on collaboration and document management best practice.
· Investigation of syncing issues with OneDrive and SharePoint.
· Support for site access and structure changes.
· Escalation to Microsoft support where required.
