Prerequisites
· Exclaimer licence for each user.
· Supported Microsoft 365 tenant.
· Domain hosted on D8A nameservers and managed within D8A control panel where routing is required.
· Administrative access to Microsoft 365 tenant.
· Ability to configure mail flow rules or API integration.
· Supported vendor platform: Exclaimer.
Setup
· Provisioning and configuration of Exclaimer platform.
· Integration with Microsoft 365 through API or mail flow routing.
· Design and creation of standardised email signature templates.
· Configuration of dynamic user fields including name, title, contact details and branding.
· Application of signatures across users, groups or departments.
· Configuration of internal and external email signature rules.
· Setup of disclaimers and compliance messaging.
· Initial testing across devices and email clients.
· Documentation of configuration and signature templates.
Maintenance
· Ongoing management of signature templates and branding updates.
· Updates to user details and dynamic fields.
· Policy review and optimisation for consistency.
· Monitoring of signature application and delivery.
· Campaign management such as banners, promotions and announcements.
· Platform health checks and configuration validation.
· Reporting on usage and consistency across users.
Support
· Troubleshooting signature application issues.
· Resolution of formatting or delivery inconsistencies.
· User support for signature appearance and behaviour.
· Implementation of branding or messaging changes.
· Assistance with campaign updates and seasonal banners.
· Escalation to Exclaimer support where required.
· Ongoing advice on email branding and best practice.
