Managed Support & Helpdesk (1st & 2nd Line) - Printer (per printer, per month) - Initial Term
Prerequisites
· Supported manufacturer printer or multifunction device.
· Printer must be in vendor support and less than 5 years old.
· Hardware should be covered by a valid manufacturer warranty or maintenance agreement.
· Network connectivity and appropriate print drivers available.
· Consumables and physical maintenance are normally excluded unless separately agreed.
Setup
· Printer network setup and IP configuration.
· Driver and print queue configuration.
· Scan-to-email or scan-to-folder configuration where applicable.
· User/group access configuration where required.
· Firmware update where appropriate.
· Testing of printing, scanning and basic functions.
· Documentation of printer configuration.
Maintenance
· Printer availability and status checks where monitored.
· Driver and queue review where required.
· Scan configuration validation where applicable.
· Basic consumable/status monitoring where available.
· Asset and lifecycle tracking.
Support
· Troubleshooting print, scan and queue issues.
· Driver reinstallation or queue recreation.
· Scan-to-email or scan-to-folder issue investigation.
· Network connectivity troubleshooting.
· Coordination with printer maintenance provider or vendor.
· User guidance on printer operation.
