Managed Support & Helpdesk (1st & 2nd Line) - Password Management (per user, tenant setup shared, per month) - Initial Term
Prerequisites
· Bitwarden licence for each user.
· Supported vendor platform: Bitwarden.
· Administrative access to Bitwarden organisation and Microsoft 365 / identity platform where integration is required.
· Users must have active accounts and agreed access policies.
Setup
· Provisioning and configuration of Bitwarden organisation.
· User onboarding and group structure configuration.
· Configuration of collections, access policies and sharing rules.
· Setup of SSO or directory integration where included.
· Baseline security settings such as MFA requirements and emergency access where applicable.
· Initial user access validation.
· Documentation of password management policy and configuration.
Maintenance
· Monitoring of user and organisation configuration.
· Review of collections and access permissions.
· User lifecycle changes including joiners, movers and leavers.
· Security policy review and optimisation.
· Licence and usage monitoring.
· Reporting and administrative checks.
Support
· User support for vault access and account issues.
· Assistance with shared collection access.
· Troubleshooting SSO or MFA-related Bitwarden access issues.
· Support for recovery and emergency access processes where configured.
· Escalation to Bitwarden support where required.
· Guidance on password management best practice.
