Managed Support & Helpdesk (1st & 2nd Line) - Screen / Monitor (per screen, per month) - Initial Term
Prerequisites
· Supported manufacturer screen/monitor.
· Compatible connection type such as HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C or docking station output.
· Appropriate power supply and display cable.
· Hardware must be in vendor support and less than 5 years old.
· Hardware should be covered by a valid manufacturer warranty.
· Administrative access required for setup and ongoing management.
Setup
· Physical setup and connection.
· Display input and resolution configuration.
· Multi-screen layout validation where applicable.
· Basic colour, scaling and refresh rate configuration.
· Asset registration and documentation.
Maintenance
· Basic display health and connectivity checks.
· Asset lifecycle tracking.
· Compatibility checks following device or docking changes.
Support
· Support provided for devices that are in vendor support and under 5 years old.
· Troubleshooting display detection, resolution and flickering issues.
· Cable/input diagnosis.
· Coordination with docking station or endpoint troubleshooting where required.
· Warranty coordination and like-for-like replacement setup.
